I love running. I do it everyday. It clears my mind, and it makes me stress free. When I run I'm in my own world. It makes me feel so good. I can go run when I'm mad, stressed, happy. It just makes me feel good over all. I love being fit, and healthy. Running has done so much for me in my life. Since I have started running I feel better and healthier. It has changed my life.
